Relieve Frozen Shoulder Pain with a Brace at night?

19 January 2011

I just saw a new article in the San Francisco Chronicle abouta a new frozen shoulder brace that you wear at night.

For many persons using ROTATORELIEVER™ the major benefit is that they can avoid medications and can cancel scheduled shoulder surgeries which are costly (typically $12,500) and require intensive rehab afterwards, and extensive time off work. For most people who suffer from rotator cuff pain, frozen shoulder or shoulder bursitis it’s enough to return to normal day to day activities.

Now I don’t know if the brace works or not but there were 2 key points from the article.

1) Even with the brace you need to still be doing some sort of frozen shoulder exercise.

2) You can cure frozen shoulder without the need for surgery or physical therapy.
